Be not the slave of your own past - plunge into the sublime seas, dive deep and swim far, so you shall come back with self-respect, with new power, with an advanced experience that shall explain and overlook the old.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

Yes, you’re in the right place.

Life is all about relationships!

From the moment we are born to the last breath, we are embedded in relationships — it is the very essence of life. The quality of that first relationship with our parents sets the trajectory of our future relationships with first ourselves and then with others.

How well we understand who we are, how we feel about ourselves, what we value and where we are going in life will impact all other areas of our lives.

Often, it is in relational conflict with spouses, children, in-laws, siblings, bosses, co-workers or cherished friends that we first realize there is a need to take a closer look at what is going on due to all the questions of self-doubt and inner turmoil that gets stirred up in us.

When our relationships get destabilized, it rocks our sense of well being because we all have an innate need to have a sense of belonging to someone or something bigger than ourselves that keeps us moving towards finding fulfillment in this life. Our pain is a catalyst towards change.
